Great job, Dave. From Listing to Closing in less than 3 months with the selling price meeting my expectations. Dave is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. We had many interesting discussions about the marketing and the selling of my home. The one caveat about a quick sale is that you need to be very knowledgeable about your financial needs.
The closing costs for the seller are outrageous in Ohio and in Delaware County. You have to pay 18 months of real estate taxes at the closing and Delaware County will also charge you approximately $1,600 to transfer your property the buyer.
