Over the years, I’ve developed a special place in my heart (and business) for helping people downsize. Whether you’re an empty nester ready for a simpler space, or you’re just tired of maintaining too much house, I get how emotional and overwhelming that move can feel. My role is part real estate agent, part guide, part therapist—and all-in on making your next chapter a good one.
Before real estate, I spent years giving back to my community—volunteering with PTO, organizing school events, and working with No Pawz Left Behind. Serving others has always been at the heart of what I do, and now I get to do that full-time for my clients.
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors who want smart strategy, honest advice, and marketing that doesn’t blend in with everyone else’s. I’m known for creative listing ideas, strong negotiation skills, and always being one step ahead—especially when it comes to pricing, prep, and presentation.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my family, watching HGTV or YouTube with a tall lemonade in hand and something peanut butter + chocolate nearby. And yes—if you’re a Disney fan, we’re probably going to be instant friends.

What a great experience Wendy provided for me while purchasing a new home from a different state. She gave me the time to view houses from her phone on FaceTime then was available to walk through with my daughter as well. I made an offer on a house without
physically seeing it from what my daughter and Wendy showed me from their phones. Then made time for me to actually see my new house for the first time.
