This lady performed all tasks and is very loyal with checking on doors windows to be locked during visits and is very smart about home repairs and get anything done if you get in a emergency 🚨 she can get through when my pipes blow she acted quickly and got me reasonably help and checked on everything. She also made health accommodations for close and allow me to meet with her and the tittle co representative to sign off .

Nisha is absolutely wonderful!!! Nisha walked us through the selling of our old home and the purchasing of our new home. What seemed like it would be a super stressful experience, Nisha helped every step of the way getting us multiple offers and a contract in just 2 weeks. If that wasn't impressive enough, Our "potential" new house already had 5 offers on it and we became the 6th offer.
