Nik recently sold my parents home where they lived for 35 years until their recent passing. He worked tirelessly, holding numerous open houses and provided guidance on how to best show and price the home. Highly recommend choosing Nik as your realtor! We worked with Nik to sell and buy simultaneously--a stressful situation in theory, but one that ended up working out almost perfectly! Nik used to live in the same community where I was selling. I chose him for that familiarity, and I'm glad that I did!
