We longed for a home that was more affordable, spacious, and modern—one where our children could grow up with room to run, play, and learn. Murrieta stood out as one of the safest cities in California and seemed like the perfect place to start our next chapter.
But, like many families, we faced unexpected challenges after the move. While we found a home that fit our budget and offered more space, we soon realized we had chosen a house zoned for the Menifee School District instead of the Murrieta schools we originally wanted. The commute to the freeway during rush hours was longer than anticipated, and the property taxes were higher than in Los Angeles—factors we hadn’t fully understood beforehand.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to make such a significant move without the right guidance. Nikki was completely different than first agent. which was a great thing. After just one conversation about what my wife and I were looking for in a home she had several places for us to visit that met or standards. Nikki went above and beyond when looking into the properties we were interested in. She even drove by them at night to let us know what kind of neighborhoods they were in. Honestly though the best thing about our experience with her outside of her amazing work ethic was that she was always in constant contact with us. Nikki went above and beyond when looking into the properties we were interested in. She even drove by them at night to let us know what kind of neighborhoods they were in. Honestly though the best thing about our experience with her outside of her amazing work ethic was that she was always in constant contact with us. Even if she couldn't answer a call from us we knew she'd be calling is back in a matter of minutes. We couldn't have asked for a better agent then Nikki she was spectacular.

We found Nikki on the internet. We are originally from So. Cal but were living in Florida at the time. trying to transition back to So. Cal. We worked with her for over a year back and forth and she was so willing to help us. We were back and forth so many times on whether to sell our condo. or buy a house or both. She stuck with us on the process and gave us great advice. investigated things for us without any obligation. Once we started looking on Trulia and made a final decision to move back to California we found several great options in Murrieta and went forward. During the process and our transition which was extremely stressful and difficult she was the only constant and positive bright spot in the whole process. We had trouble with both sellers and lenders and due to Nikki’s professionalism and wealth of knowledge and years of experience she was able to help us through every turn and teach the lenders a thing or two along the way. My husband and I were working with an inexperienced agent prior to working with Nikki when we decided to sell our house. She was very professional and she knew the short amount of time frame that we had to get our house sold in order to purchase our new dream house. I chose her because (as you see) we have the same name in common. hoping that would bring me luck while fishing in the agent sea. She showed me many homes before I finally found the one that fit. but never made me feel like I had to "hurry up and choose one!" We even attempted a few offers which didn't work out. but not meant to be! It helped me get my feet wet in the process though. ?? I appreciate that it was not a frustrating experience.
