From the beginning of the process of selling our home to the transfer of title, Nancy was professional, knowledgeable, informative. Ever pleasant. She staged and videographed our home to showcase its attributes, and discussed pricing and marketing to arrive at a proper sales price. As a result, our open house had close to 20 lookers, and 2 FP contracts. She then steered us through the process through closing. In a word, she was superb. A finer realtor I have not met!

Being an out of state home buyer and closing the sale remotely and during a COVID pandemic should have been absolutely nerve wrecking.
