Michael Arvonio
Michael John Arvonio blends financial precision, analytical acumen, and a genuine passion for New York City living into every real estate interaction. With a foundation rooted in high finance and hands-on real estate experience, Mike offers clients a uniquely well-rounded approach to navigating the complexities of buying and selling property in the city.
A proud graduate of Iona University’s LaPenta School of Business, Michael earned his degree Magna Cum Laude, double majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Sports & Entertainment Business. His academic achievements were recognized with induction into both Delta Epsilon Sigma and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies. He then forged a strong path in the financial world, holding positions at PwC, Apollo Global Management, and Stone Point Capital—where he advised on everything from private credit structures to fund transitions. This deep financial expertise allows him to interpret market dynamics, evaluate property values, and negotiate with precision, empowering his clients to make sound, informed decisions.
As both a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Michael bridges the gap between financial analysis and real-world real estate savvy—giving clients the benefit of both strategic insight and practical guidance. Having successfully navigated the board application process in a luxury cooperative on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Mike brings personal experience and empathy to every transaction. He understands firsthand the twists and turns of the process, and works tirelessly to ensure his clients feel supported every step of the way in their search for their NextHome.
Outside of real estate, Mike is a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan and cohost of the Pack Reacts Podcast on YouTube and X. He’s also a devoted supporter of the Yankees, Bucks, and Rangers, and a natural team-builder who has launched coed softball teams at every company he’s worked for. When he’s not touring properties or crunching numbers, Mike can be found hiking upstate, hunting down the best dishes in the local food scene, or exploring NYC’s distinct neighborhoods—an enthusiasm he channels into helping clients discover the part of the city that feels like home.
