Hello! My name is Beau McDougall, and I am a highly accredited and client-driven Realtor and Real Estate Broker who aims to make transactions fun, inviting, and seamless for everyone involved. As the Owner of Next Home People First, I have an extensive 10+ year professional background within this industry and have cultivated a deep understanding of the buying, selling, investing, negotiating, and marketing processes that guarantee a positive experience for every one of my clients.

Born and raised in Las Vegas in a real estate family, I discovered early on this was the career path I wanted to pursue. Furthermore, I had commitment, resilience, and a strong work ethic instilled in me at a young age, and those core principles helped shape me into the respected Realtor and Broker I am today. In conjunction with this, I have also been in the public service sphere for the past 15 years, in the fire service for 13 years, earned a BS in Public Administration from UNLV, and am currently serving on the UNLV Alumni Association Legacy Board of Directors.

I love what I do and am always staying updated with the current market trends to give my clients the best representation they deserve. However, when I’m not working, you can often find me serving as a Fire Captain of Las Vegas Fire and Rescue, supporting various charities such as The Sanctuary Project, and competing in Ironman Triathlons with my wife and friends.
