Roseann is amazing. This market is incredibly tough and its inundated with inexperienced realtors that are out for themselves, only caring about making a sale or expanding their network. That’s not what you’ll find with Roseann. We started working with her in the summer of 2021 and only managed to find a house now, almost two and a half years later. We are first time homebuyers and were very quickly overwhelmed, but Roseann was incredible and held our hands throughout the whole process, patiently explaining everything and answering all our questions. We had some bumps along the very long road of our home buying journey and we would not have survived it (with our amazing home no less) had it not been for Roseann! There is no one else to hire other than Roseann. She invests her time and effort and her team in ways I didn't even predict. She attends her open houses, and she joins the buyer's agents when they are showing the house to answer questions immediately. We listed our house for the right price, and it sold for $50K over ask! To not hire Roseann is to compromise quality. Period.
