Carrie has stood beside us with four bids for homes. It was a frustrating journey being just out bid each time. Carrie provided us with a proper perspective each time. She spent extensive time for us with multiple open houses for our current residence.
She explained the data about who was looking at our residence. Due to her, and our, determination, we finally found a beautiful home in a 55+ community.
Carrie had very good recommendations for an attorney, home inspector and a loan officer. They were all excellent. There were some issues working with the current and future HOAs, and a Solar company that she navigated well.

Folks let me tell you something. I live in Atlantic Highlands and I'm a renter and I had to move because the landlord was moving back into her house. I called Resources Real Estate and Carrie Marxen was sent and showed us several places on the day that
