Navneeta was awesome from day 1, she patiently took us to all the houses we wanted to see ,mostly on non Buisness times due to busy nature of my job, no pressure and honest opinion on pros and cons . When we finally decided on house , she was very meticulous in helping the closing as there was some delay from seller due to permits .she helped in coordinating with lawyer /seller agents /permits /inspectors way beyond normal realtors . Because of that we did not make unforced errors and I really appreciate her help.this is my third house I bought and she has beaten my previous two realtors who were also very good,set up a new benchmark and we will be using her for our future searches if needed .
