Michelle and David were so easy to work with. They listed our home on Dec 27th (most would think not a good time to list, we did too). The market was showing it wasn't a real good time to sell also. We did it anyway. We left for vacation on the 28th.... the showing requests started on the 28th. We came home from vaca on Jan. 6th....on the 7th we had our first offer. Only 10 days after the listing started, during the Christmas and New Year holiday. We got another offer 2 days later and the showings kept coming. Long story short, we closed on Feb. 23rd. Not too shabby for selling around the holiday in a slow market. I would recommend the Garagiola's to anyone who wants to sell their home. Thank you so much!

Michelle did an excellent job of selling our home. She helped stage it and took professional photos that looked wonderful for the listing. We sold it in one weekend and got $45K over asking price after the open house that she hosted. Her partner Gina is fantastic as well. Both of them were very responsive to our messages, no matter how early in the day or how late in the day. Michelle and Gina also helped us find our new home as well. They gave great advice and knew exactly what to look for. We ended up getting a fixer-upper and Michelle and Gina helped us see the potential in the home. We are very happy with our purchase.

We are so lucky that we found Michelle! We were buying our first home so were new to the process, which means we needed a lot of hand-holding and explaining. Michelle has a calm presence and never made us feel rushed. She was very flexible and accommodated our work schedule to show us houses; we even saw houses the morning after they were listed.
