Pam is an “energizer bunny”. We hired her to look for a new home and to sell the home we were living in. She worked hard to find the type of home we were looking for. It so happened that we happened upon a home that we really liked and was for sale. We called Pam, and she called the initial realtor. She kept us informed on what was happening. We wanted to see the house several times, and she worked us in her schedule. We wound up buying the home. She also helped us sell the home we were living in. She has a couple of people who come in and give advise on setting the home up for Open Houses. Once we had the home ready for an Open House, Pam posted our home online with a video showing our entire home early a week after we got the house ready for the Open House. Within a few hours after the posting Pam got four calls wanting to look at the house, and by the end of that day 9 people had looked at it. We had four offers that day, and we sold the house the next day.
