I enjoy helping people find their next home. I enjoy working with buyers and knowing when they walk into their next new home – the eyes get a little brighter and a smile comes across their face – even if they are trying to stifle it. When I list a house, I have personally become your Real Estate Marketing Expert and will do everything in my power to sell your house in the fastest possible time. I am not a ‘list and pray’ or ‘list and post’ (a sign) type of agent – open houses, advertising, local marketing – I will find a plan that works for your home and work to sell it every day.

Moore County is a special place to live – yes we have golf, golf and more golf (if that’s your thing you’ve come to the right place) but we are so much more diverse than that. We have several charming downtown communities: The Village of Pinehurst, Downtown Southern Pines and Historic Downtown Aberdeen, each with its own flare and uniqueness. Southern Pines is laid back with 8 blocks of downtown boutiques and restaurants. The Village of Pinehurst was created with an old English Village concept in mind – streets are twisty and it is quite the place to take out-of-town guests when they come for a visit. Enjoy strolling through boutiques for ladies and gentleman alike as well as restaurants tucked down alleyways with fantastic al fresco dining. Historic Aberdeen is a little smaller but charming nevertheless. Explore shops and dining as well as the railroad. 

Moore County has a lot going on! Life really is a little sweeter here.  

For all investors out there – you are a special group that I particularly enjoy working with. The hunt to find the next big deal is about as exciting for me as it is for you. It has been said that unless you inherit it or win it – millionaires are not made without real estate being part of their portfolio. I personally invest in real estate – and enjoy fixing and flipping. I love walking into a "diamond in the rough" and figuring out what it will take to make the home shine again. There also is nothing more satisfying than getting a check in the mail and knowing you are that much closer to financial independence!
