Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Bobby Downey has spent his entire career doing one thing: helping people make smarter moves — financially and physically. He started in the mortgage industry, spending 12 years as a loan officer where he built an unmatched understanding of how lending works from the inside out. This was the BEST real estate interaction I have ever participated in. Bobby did everything to prepare my house for sale....organized all of the painting, staging, cleaning....EVERYTHING!! I basically went on vacation for 7 days and came back to a house

Bobby and his team are outstanding! He learned about our family and what we needed in a new home, and helped us through the entire process! He gave excellent advice and tried to alleviate stress on us wherever possible. He was a fierce advocate and made
sure our interests were protected throughout the transaction. We won't be moving again any time soon since we just bought our dream house, but if we do ever look for another house he will be the first person we call!
Bobby was an absolutely stellar realtor and I would highly recommend. First, Bobby helped us find our dream home and was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and regions were interested in. Second, Bobby was instrumental in getting the closing
done, even with a very short turnaround timeline due to the seller trying to coordinate a second closing as well.

I'm happy to know Bobby even though I've never met him in person! He successfully sold our home after we had relocated three states away to a different climate. Through strategic phone conversations and Bobby's knowledge of the local real estate market
our home got SOLD. We are pleased with the price and the relationship we had with Bobby.
Without Bobby I don't know how we would have pulled off this move. He helped us get our house ready to sell, told us exactly what to do to get the job done fast, and got us a great price fast.

Bobby was pretty much there every step of the way while I was out of town. We did 90 percent of the hunting and paperwork while I was away. I felt comfortable doing that because he made everything personal. I used a VA loan which is quite difficult actually
if you’re not married and working overseas(just a heads up). Other realtors had a team that just kept you on rotation and really didn’t have an idea of how to handle my situation. But Bobby and his wife/partner worked it out. I highly recommend.
