Early in my adult life, I realized that I wanted to pursue a professional path which allowed me to not only problem solve, but work in the service of others. There is no greater reward than having someone say, “Thank you so much, Julia. We could not have done it without you!” Originally from South Africa, I moved to Charlotte in 1986. While in North Carolina, I attended Charlotte Country Day, Elon University and graduated from Appalachian State with a Special Education Degree, a Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Recreational Management and a minor in Studio Art. I will never forget the years I spent working with children with special needs, as they had a profound impact on my life. In the late 1990s, I moved back to South Africa and embarked on a journey as a Corporate Sales Consultant for a company with over 85 health clubs. It was then that I learned the art of multi-tasking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In 2000, my husband and I moved to Ireland and I spent the next 9 years raising our 3 children. If I didn’t know how to multi-task before, I certainly learned it then. In 2009, our family packed up for a final time and moved back to Charlotte. I was drawn to the growth and development of the area and soon was pursuing real estate with a passion. After so many years of searching for “my niche,” I finally felt as though I had found my calling. For most people, there will be no other event in their lives which will produce such equal parts of fear and joy as buying a home. Knowing that I have a role in such an important transition in my client’s life is incredibly rewarding.
My goals are simple. I endeavor to:

I met Jules and a great deal of other realtors at a bridal expo in the spring. I gave each of them my contact just to keep in touch while I did as much research as possible on the home buying process. I was a young first time home buyer and not yet really

letter. Literally every step of the process she took charge to make the journey as smooth and stress free as possible. With her guidance and expertise, I was able to move into a new construction build within 5 months. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive,
knowledgeable, and relatable realtor to help me on my journey.
Jules provided excellent knowledge of the market and she worked hard to get our property and home out in the market in a visible and accessible manner. The home and acreage we had on the market sold due to her work! She is very easy to work with as well

We co-owned a lake house and after first listing it with another agency for 6 months, we switched to Jules and her agency. She was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable just didn't push us to lower the price. Her brochure of our home was beautiful and she
included seasonal photos which showcased how it was a 4-season home. We finally decided on our own to drop the price and things picked up. When we got our offer, Jules had to communicate with 5 separate families which is no easy feat! She was a good communicator
and luckily all went well with the closing! It was a smooth process thanks to Jules.
