Married to Michelle "bluebird" Jernigan and fetch partner to a mostly awesome pup that goes by Bodhi means if I’m not at work you’ll find me with one of these two, if not both, more often than not. We enjoy many of the same activities you likely do. Travel, the great outdoors, time spent with friends and loved ones and some occasional peace and quiet. Though we live in the mountains, the beach owns a small part of our hearts and we visit Sunset Beach, NC frequently.

Professionally, I have been in real estate for about 20 years over which period I’ve been fortunate to serve clients in a variety of positions. Whether it was a 2 person marketing business operating out of a kitchen with a client list including some of the largest and most respected developers in WNC, CEO of a local franchise with over 400 agents across 7 offices selling north of 1.2 Billion annually or a variety of positions in-between, the core philosophy has always been to fit ourselves to be of maximum service to both clients and community. That belief in personal service and an enthusiastic commitment to action remains at the heart of my current role as a partner with NextHome here in Asheville, NC.
