Misty helped me significantly through the stressful process of buying my first home, even around my evolving schedule and across time zones. She was always flexible in her availability to help me, when I'm sure this was not convenient for her. When the first home I was interested had questionable findings on the inspection, she truly went above and beyond to find a home that fit my needs and situation. While also serving as the agent for the sellers on the home I purchased, I truly felt she approached the sale in a way that represented both parties remarkably well.

Outside of the sale itself, she has also substantially assisted in the setup of utilities, services, and orientation to the area while I have been across the country -- substantially reducing the stress and unknowns of my PCS move. I cannot recommend her enough!

Misty was a true blessing in the process of buying our first home. We are a military family, my husband was deployed when the process started. It was stressful for us to say the least. Misty understood the dynamic of our move, took the time to understand what we needed in a home and took our purchase very seriously. Being first time homebuyers we had not been through the process, and she took the time to explain on more then one occasion all the ins/outs of our VA loan. We had to switch lenders at the last moment and she was able to find someone much better to work with. Misty is the best! I couldn't have asked for the sale of our home to go any smoother. She knew exactly what we needed to do to get it ready to sell, and had a buyer lined up right away.
