My venture into the real estate realm came after several successful moves across the Midwest. In my previous job, I found myself relocating due to promotions with increased territory and responsibilities—eventually becoming a Director of Operations overseeing 15-states. I researched unfamiliar new state locations for leasing corporate branch offices, along with navigating processes to sell my houses and buy new ones to call home. Out of necessity, I developed a knack for negotiating and expertise making wise real estate decisions for both the company and me.

After my move to Colorado, I had the real estate bug and the passion for real estate quickly became contagious where I found myself advising employees, colleagues, and friends on how to break the renting cycle and master the home-buying process. There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping others find their ideal home, and that realization drove me to expand my knowledge beyond the basics. From real estate investments to tax sales, I delved into every aspect to ensure I could provide comprehensive guidance to those seeking my assistance.

Recognizing the natural progression of my journey as my desired career path, I took formal training, education, and exams to obtain my license in Michigan.
