Meredith helped me purchase a home in South Carolina so my family and I could have a place to stay when visiting my son at USC. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, guiding us through a challenging process with an unsteady

Even as we were nearing the finish line, unexpected bumps kept popping up. During the final walkthrough—just hours before closing—we found the house still fully lived in, despite the seller having moved to Mexico! Meredith didn’t hesitate to step in and even helped clean the place out herself. She truly went above and beyond.
She also generously allowed me to have furniture delivered to her home before the closing date, which made everything so much easier. Her dedication, kindness, and resourcefulness made all the difference.
