A native of the Tidewater area, I am active in the community and very familiar with our area’s real estate market. I grew up in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake and lived in Virginia Beach for the past twenty years. I currently live at Virginia Beach’s oceanfront. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University and Master’s Degree from Old Dominion University, both in psychology. Equipped with expertise gained during my career as a counselor and also a program administrator in juvenile justice, I bring advocacy and negotiating skills to ensure my real estate clients’ needs are met. Melinda was easily the most upfront and honest realtor I've ever dealt with. From the word go she assisted me in everyway possible with not only the finding of my soon to be new property and home in Moyock, NC but also in the selling of my house in Virginia
Beach. She got my house viewed, offered on and accepted in just over two weeks. She was very communicative and always kept me abreast of every situation (and there were many) and we spoke on almost a daily basis. I will be recommending her to anyone I know
