I had flown to Montana to meet with another realtor to view properties over my 4 day visit I’m glad That Realtor was not available Kelsi was recommended to me my family member Upon calling Kelsi the night of my arrival late I might add Kelsi had agreed to meet me at a few pieces of property the next morning When we had met up at first property she had given me well logs as well as detailed map of property layout with all elevations and survey marks and pass tax records which I thought was the greatest we walked the property checked lot limits. I told her I was very interested no need to see other properties after returning to my home in California Kelsi negotiated the price with seller got me all documents set up time line for loan what I should put down was in contact with me via emails and phone calls until the day of closing She had also recommended local contractors for installation of well which I’ve already contracted. Also negotiating for septic contractor and propane all referred by Mrs Wildman Due to all of her good deeds I’m now the owner of 13 beautiful acres and set up to get all utility all in by the end of year guess I’ll be moving a year earlier will start my build next spring.
