Ivy was so great from the beginning. We were pre qualified for a certain amount and our budget was not super flexible. She respected that and found some amazing homes for us to look at. Some of them were not what we thought we wanted or needed but it helped us see things from a new perspective and we were able come to new ideas because of it. We used the lender she recommended which made it an easy process from start to finish despite the fact it can be a bit tedious to gather all necessary paperwork and information needed. I have found my realtor and have no trepidation or anxiety about future real estate needs for my family and friends. Ivy is my go to!
