Unfortunately, I had a very disturbing experience with the seller, who was an unreasonable and lunatic individual, but considering these factors are out of our control, both, Shane and Mohamed, were proactive in resolving the issue and helped make my buying experience and transferring of asset process a little easier; while also keeping my safety at bay. These guys are the real deal. WE had our house listed with KW for 180 days and no offers, we even dropped the price and fixed things, and did opens etc. and it did not sell. Our KW agent wanted us to accept an offe $50k less. What a horrible Agent he was... We somehow googled the best reviewed realtor near me and found Mohamed to have all 5 star reviews, over 250+ from previous clients saying all these great things, and man were they right! AS soon as we called Moahmed Hassan, he listened to us and made an appointment to come see the house, but respectfully after we cancelled wiht KW. MOe came prepared with not just a CMA but permits for our house, and a marketing plan that was just night and day differnet. IT was not gimmicky but genuine and answered all our questions. To our surpice MOE wanted to list out house for more money than KW not less.Then he took really nice photos that he paid for $1,000 and video and drone and a website just for our home etc... Then he listed on a specific day fo the month, seceret of the trade only the veterans know! then had no showings for 48 hours and then an open house for 2-3 hours . Thats it. He came on Tuesday after the offers deadlien he created! and had many offers to show us. WE were prepared to see offers way less than what we listed for since it was higher than KW but to our surpise and we were in tears literally, we had 7 offers, with 4 over list and we accepted an all cash offer that was $75,000 OVER what KW had showed us.... One last thing to show his personality. During the open house one of our fancy glass wines from Crate and Barrel fell and shattered. MOe not only cleaned the glass, but 2 days later with the offers he brought us a $50 gift card from Crate and Barrel to replace a wine set! What a great guy! We had a great experience working with Mohamed and Jane. Our house search lasted for almost 7 months as we were looking in a very specific school district. Both Mohamed and Jane were extremely responsive, patient, and accommodating to our requests. They were resourceful in trying to find us quality listings that met our specifications. Our experience going through Redfin was very positive as well and I do not understand why someone would NOT use Redfin.

He sahres more knowledge in 30 min utes with you than most realtors learn in 20 years�.He will do circles around your agent and win every time in negotiatiosn.
