My husband and I cannot rave enough about maryanne! When we were moving here from Hawaii she did a flawless transaction acting as our buyers agent. Even with a 5 hour time difference and working through video chat she was amazing every step of the way. Fast forward 3 years we decided to sell and immediately knew we could trust her with our transaction.

Maryanne went above and beyond to ensure we found the house perfect for our family. We went under contract on a house that ended up not being what we wanted. She helped us find a better house for our needs and she helped us negotiate through a bidding war. She helped us through the process and made everything go smoothly. We highly recommend her.

Maryanne helped us find our home in Waynesvlle, MO in 2015. We only had one day in town to see houses, so She arranged a full-day marathon of around 15 houses and we submitted an offer that evening. Excellent transaction and everything went very smoothly.

When it was time to PCS again in late 2019, Maryanne took excellent care of us and our house. We had to move before we could sell the house. Maryanne coordinated multiple contractors to get our house ready for market. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, with frequent check ins and updates.
