My name is Jason Pabian and I have been a resident of the Upper Peninsula for over 20 years. I took a vacation up here back then and basically never left! I am married and have two teenage children. I have worked at the railroad as a locomotive engineer for over 19 years. I became a realtor after discovering my love for property investment. My wife Melanie and I got involved with investing as a business in 2020. We now own several Airbnb properties and some long-term rentals.  We also have flipped a handful of houses in the past two years.  In my free time I love to ride dirt bikes, mountain bikes, spend time outside, run, and time with friends.  I am also a licensed airplane pilot.  I believe with my experience in property investment, I would be able to assist you in finding your dream home, selling a property, or finding that investment opportunity to add to or begin your investment portfolio!
