Jeremy brings almost 20 years of professional Real Estate experience to the table. “Selling the Dream” is his motto, because finding your dream home is his overriding objective. Jeremy specializes in working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. Although based out of the Genesee County metro area, Jeremy works frequently with clients throughout the lower peninsula. Recreational properties are his passion, and his recent sales have included properties in Silver Lake (Mears), Grand Traverse and Kalkaska Counties, Sand Lake (Tawas Area), Sage Lake, and Mio. Jeremy resides in Flushing, where he loves the small town, close-knit atmosphere, beautiful parks, and welcoming downtown. In his spare time, Jeremy loves all things outdoors and Northern Michigan. When not helping others with their Real Estate needs, you can find Jeremy at his home in Traverse City with his wife Kim, and English Bulldogs Legend and Marty.

I will highly recommend Jeremy to anyone and everyone!! He is very knowledgeable and professional. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he had to sell my house twice and did! He never got discouraged and lifted me up when I didn't think it was going to happen.
He was very communicative during the whole process and never left me in the dark. I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he put into selling my house and finding me my new one.
Jeremy is great at his job in all aspects. He responds in a very timely manner and if he cannot answer a question he will find the answer and get right back to you. He keeps you informed on all updates along the way but handles any issues that may arise.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Jeremy is who you want working for you! He was open about what he saw in all of the houses we looked at. He recommended an inspection company and helped find a company come out to quote on a repair that would be
needed. Our house went on the market on a Thursday with showings starting the next day. By that Sunday, we had several offers to choose from and Jeremy talked with us about the good and bad in each offer.

After the closing, which proceeded without a hitch, I received a utility bill from the township. I called Jeremy and he resoled the matter immediately. I give Jeremy five stars but he probably deserves six.
