With a career spanning over 16 years in the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my clients. I began my journey as a sales agent in 2007, quickly establishing myself as a top performer. Within just two years, I was awarded the prestigious title of Top Producer Sales Agent in New England, having successfully sold over $5 million in properties.

Specialization and Expertise

In 2009, I advanced my career by becoming an Associate Broker, with a specialization in Bank Owned Foreclosure Properties. This role allowed me to refine my skills in managing and selling distressed properties, a niche I am particularly passionate about. My husband and I have also bought, renovated, and sold numerous investment properties, demonstrating our commitment and expertise in transforming real estate.

Career Highlights

In 2010, I embarked on a unique opportunity, traveling across a 14-state territory to manage and maintain distressed properties. I also had the privilege of working with Fannie Mae in New Jersey, where I managed delinquent, pre-foreclosed, and foreclosed properties. These experiences honed my ability to navigate complex real estate challenges and deliver results.

By 2016, my husband and I had invested in multiple lodging properties in Northern Coos County, New Hampshire. In addition, we undertook the renovation of bank-owned homes for private investors across Maine and other parts of New England, further solidifying our reputation as skilled and reliable real estate professionals.

Current Endeavors

In 2023, We relocated to the picturesque region of Northern Maine, specifically Aroostook County, and now reside in Saint David, Maine. My passion for real estate remains unwavering, particularly in the areas of decorating and staging homes for sale. I am committed to helping clients realize their real estate dreams with creativity and dedication.
