Tyanna Smith joined Next Home Mims Realty Group with more than 20 years of experience as a direct, decisive, client-focused Telecom professional. Along her career journey, Tyanna quickly developed a passion for two things: solving problems and helping families. As a Baltimore Native and graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Tyanna’s love for helping families led her to the path of Real Estate.

Prior to joining Next Home Mims Realty, Tyanna served as a Program Analyst for a Fortune 500 organization. In that role, she utilized insight, intuition, creative thinking and listening skills to identify individual and group patterns of inefficiency; achieving Year-over-Year improvement and profitability. Tyanna also specialized in fostering relationships with employees by building trust to discuss sensitive topics. The combination of her educational and professional experience makes her a dynamic Real Estate Agent.

The purchase of her second home sparked her interest in Real Estate. She decided to trust her instincts and take her career on a different path that would make for the best decision of her life. As a wife and mother of two young boys, Tyanna firmly believes that family is everything and “there’s no place like home”. She enjoys traveling, watching Sunday Football (Go RAVENS), and a good meal over laughs with her closest friends and family.
