I chose Hope Mims because I trust her. We decided on a plan to sell my house and purchase another one; 3 months later I’m enjoying my new home. She helped me make informed decisions and provided reassurance throughout the process. There were a few issues here and there outside of her control but she kept me informed and I felt my needs/my sale/ my purchase was a priority. She was able to get it all done within a relatively short timeframe given the current housing market which was important to me. She advised me on what a strong offer would consist of and that’s exactly what we submitted and it was accepted over the all the other offers. After my offer was accepted, she made sure that house passed inspection and that any necessary repairs on the seller’s end were completed before my closing day.
