Cynthia Harrell is a native of Baltimore, Maryland as well as a spouse of a veteran and a mother of two young men, koi fish, and a cat named Leah. The customer service experience gained while working with fortune 500 companies for 18 years, well equipped Cynthia for her future endeavors when it was time to turn the pages on life’s next chapter.
