Marta was absolutely amazing and supportive throughout our house search. We were in desperate need as we had a fire in our previous house. While the market wasn’t in our favor, she diligent went out of her way to make sure we saw as many houses as possible.
She was always willing to meet us, any time and any where, with so much flexibility. Nevertheless she never made us feel bad for how much or how little time we spent looking at each house. She made it clear that this was our experience to really get a feel
for the house. Every time she’d open the house, turn on the lights, or leave the lights off so we could see the natural lighting, and let us wander at our own pace. Never helicoptering or badgering, but instead learning about our likes and dislikes with every
house. She spent as much time doing her research on us as she did on the houses to make sure there was a perfect fit. And luckily, because of her, we found it! When we did find the house, she moved quickly and effortlessly to communicate with the lender, realtor
and other home owners. She spent a lot of her time making sure the deal and transaction went smoothly. So much so that when we went to close, it was a very warm and emotional experience. The previous home owners chose us because the felt the relationship between
