documents needed prior to settlement. She asked to be cc on all correspondence you sent out which helped out at settlement. I had an issue with the title company not filling out the wire part for sending money for my settlement on the next day and she had
it for me in a few minutes. This was something the title company should of done (selected by buyer), but she was able to help me quickly. Would recommend her to any one.
