Lydia just sold my house that she sold to me 15 years ago. I picked her again because she did a great job finding me a house 15 years ago and
again did an excellent job not only selling my house but helping me get items repaired and furniture removed that we did not want to move.
Since I live out of state I did not know any contractors to repair items on the inspection list. So she lined up contractors she knew and coordinated all the work which helped me out immensely and kept us informed of every detail.
I can not brag enough on this lady. We did not have a single bump in the road and everything went smoothly through closing.

First Covid-19 has affected everything including the real-estate market. The inventory is low and in Az people are buying. It’s a war and I can not stress this enough the biggest war chest wins. Lydia not only is a great person and always available but a General on your side! She wrote contracts, negotiated and found my family multiple homes that would work with our budget. We were able to get a home that everyone in my family could enjoy. I am eternally grateful for all she did and couldn’t be happier!
