I want to thank Leanne Fogle for everything she has done to get our home sold in a very tough market. She worked tirelessly to keep our home in the forefront of potential buyers and leveraged her experience to bring it home. Leanne is a no BS and straight business especially when we had to have those hard discussions to lower the price. She knows the Concord market and is on top of the market trends. I would give you 100 stars if I could.

My family and I moved to the area nearly 2 years ago. We had no concept of local areas to buy in. We bought a home that was in an area where property sales moved a lot slower. The builder was still building in the neighborhood also. These 2 details really matter when you are trying to make a sale. We had gone through a few different agents to the point of meeting Leanne. She presented herself as a hustler, meaning she really felt strongly about getting the house sold. I felt a little like yeah we've heard this already. She stayed in the loop with us but let us process through the picking of a new agent. At the point of picking her to represent us I just felt like we needed someone with a strong ground game. Someone to really push and make calls to get this house sold. She did not have some revolutionary new way of selling and it almost seemed at times like are we just hoping things line up. All the while Leanne was working in the background doing her thing she promised and that was connecting with people. With the hard obstacles that we were up against at just the right time we suddenly had 1 interested that made the offer and got it done. Seriously thank you Leanne for getting it done. I'm still not sure how you did it but at the end of the day you did. Good work!

Leanne is absolutely amazing! She is the hardest working and most driven real estate agent that my husband and I have ever had the honor of working with. She helped us quickly get an offer, and sell our house in a situation that felt like all odds were stacked against us and we had just about given up on being able to do. She is professional, thorough, concise, and is conscientious of keeping the seller informed.
The cherry on top is that she is a prayer warrior, and will literally pray you through the whole process.

I was going to list with Open Door due to my demanding work schedule as I didn’t want the hassle of showings and possibility of an extended time on market. I was also concerned that the buyers would ask for a lot of things since I hadn’t done many upgrades. Leanne negotiated for my benefit and the home sold in 14 days at list price.

I recently just relocated to the Charlotte area from New York, with the help of Leanne. My husband and I wanted to rent a property for at least one year, to allow us the opportunity to get to know the area before purchasing a home. I struggled to find a realtor that would be of any assistance to us given we were only a rental client at the time. I talked to at least 10 different agents, but none were willing to help us. I left multiple messages, Leanne actually called us back!
Leanne was immediately without any hesitation willing to assist us in any way possible. She started searching for properties for us and then took it a step further, and offered to take a simple ride to the interested property to give us feedback of the area. She then, to my surprise ,scheduled an inside viewing of the interested property. Leanne immediately called us back after viewing the first rental property and said she had even her own pictures! We too soon found out that the pictures posted of rentals are NOT always quite as shown online. We were all set to take the first property, as it had everything we were looking for. If it had not been for Leanne's honest concern for our happiness, we would have been in a terrible rental. I believe Leanne herself, was in shock as to the difference of what a photograph can project and what reality can be. She proceeded to drive to 9 different rentals, taking pictures and giving feedback. We were solely relying on her advice for us, as we were hundreds of miles away. We are in a beautiful rental in a a safe, clean, and beautiful location because of Leanne. As a result of this, we have been able to enjoy our transition and so enjoy this move that we have so anticipated for so long without the distraction of being in a place we can not wait to get out of. We have been getting to know our brand new beautiful city and all that it has to offer! I now look forward to being Leanne's client again in the near future and I have full confidence that Leanne will be once again work for my best interest and our happiness! I also plan to pass her name on to all of my family and friends, and quite frankly anyone I run into that needs a realtor!!! She saw a need and helped and I appreciate that so much!!!!!
