I hired Laura to sell my home and she is a great agent. She made sure everything got done such as cleaning and some home repairs. I was out of town on a ship for most of the process and she would tell me what I needed to fix and would coordinate with contractors to get it done, all I had to do was pay the bill making it much easier on me. I had a warranty repair needed on my roof and she stayed on top of the contractor to get it done. She is very professional and proactive to get things done and get the house sold. I would highly recommend her for selling or buying. If I decide to buy another house in the future I will definitely use her again.
