My wife and I met him during an open house which he hosted. Our first impression of him was that he was friendly and not pushy or overly eager to sell like other agents that we came across in the past.

As we are first time home buyers, Lane gave us a lot of advice and contacts to get us ready for the seller's market in Columbus. We probably visited more than 30 houses in total with Lane, from existing houses to new builds. We initially were unsure of our specific liking for location, size and types of house. Let me preface this recommendation with I have had some sub par experiences with previous real estate agents in past transactions. We were moving across the country, and had very little knowledge of Columbus or the local housing market. Lane was very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile every step of the way to educate us on the area and market through every step of the process.

Lane worked diligently and took us to tour over 50 properties until we found the perfect home for us (we were very picky). He put our needs first and foremost above all else, and he absolutely did not stop until he was confident we didn't only have a new home, we had OUR new home. I can't describe enough how invaluable he was to our relocation; looking back, I have no idea how we would have done it without him.

Lane helped a family sell a house out of a probate estate and did a fantastic job.
