LaSonya Wells
Realtor® | Founder of Team Wells | Serving the Inland Empire Since 2004
LaSonya Wells is the founder of Team Wells and a trusted Realtor serving the Inland Empire since 2004. With more than two decades of experience in Riverside County and San Bernardino County real estate, she has dedicated her career to helping first-time homebuyers, families, and investors achieve their real estate goals and build generational wealth through homeownership.
Known for her integrity, personalized service, and unwavering commitment to her clients, LaSonya specializes in probate transactions, REO properties, and short sales, as well as real estate investment opportunities. She believes every client deserves knowledgeable guidance, honest communication, and an advocate who genuinely cares about their future.
For LaSonya, real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes. It is about changing lives. She believes that a home represents security, opportunity, and legacy, and she is passionate about educating, empowering, and advocating for her clients as they make some of life’s most important decisions.
As the daughter of an Air Force family, LaSonya spent her childhood living in different parts of the country, including Michigan, South Carolina, Florida, Northern California, and Southern California. Growing up in military communities gave her a special understanding that home isn’t defined by a single address. Home is where life happens, where relationships are nurtured, traditions are created, and memories are made. Each new place became home in its own special way, shaping her appreciation for diversity, adaptability, and meaningful connections. Today, those experiences enable her to serve her clients with empathy, understanding, and a deep appreciation for the importance of home.
A devoted Christian, LaSonya strives to lead with love, service, and integrity in every interaction. She is also an avid traveler and lifelong vegetarian who embraces a lifestyle centered on compassion, wellness, and intentional living.
Together, LaSonya and her husband, Wardell, share a passion for serving others and helping families create brighter futures through homeownership and real estate investment. Whether she is handing a first-time buyer the keys to their dream home, helping a family navigate a probate sale, or assisting an investor in building wealth, she considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients every step of the way.
Based in Beaumont, California, and serving communities throughout the Inland Empire, LaSonya’s mission is simple: to help people find more than a house by helping them create a place to call home and a legacy that lasts for generations.
"Real estate is more than a transaction. It’s an opportunity to build legacy, strengthen families, and create a place to call home." ~ LaSonya Wells
