Kyle listened to what we were looking for. He kept his eyes and ears open and found exactly what we were looking for. Our offer was accepted same day and closed 2 weeks later. He was available evenings and weekends to make this happen for us. Highly recommended!!

Kyle was great at doing his job. I never felt any pressure to make any purchases in order for him to earn his commission. He’s always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that he was present and able for any showing. I could view the properties that

I am very happy with the efforts Kyle expended on my behalf. From our first contact, (I had previously had a different buyer's rep), it was clear that Kyle was very knowledgeable and driven to provide the best possible value to his clients. Whenever we
were in the process of making an offer, Kyle took extra time to do 'homework' to make sure he knew what was likely to be competitive in a given area. Kyle also took the time to furnish clear explanations of whatever he was proposing. Finding a home at the
price I could manage was an uphill endeavor, but it would have been far more uphill (or maybe even not possible) without Kyle's expertise and ready help. I am convinced that anyone buying a property in central Maine would benefit greatly from having Kyle represent
them!
