Kerri and Sarah are truly the best. The ultimate dynamic duo! Kerri has the patience of a saint. I had so many questions and wanted to see countless houses that ultimately weren’t “the one,” yet she stayed positive, patient, and encouraging through it all. She’s never pushy, always kind, and genuinely wants what’s best for you.

What really stood out is how well she listened. She paid attention to what would actually work for our family and our lifestyle, and her recommendations were spot on. We saw a lot of homes I thought might work, but the one Kerri recommended ended up being the closest match by far. There’s a reason she makes the suggestions she does, every single one she reached out about was great, and the ones I picked… not so much!

In the end, she found us an off-market lot that will allow us to build exactly what we want, in the neighborhood we dreamed of. The lot itself didn’t bring her much commission, but you’d never know it from the effort she put in, she gave us just as much time, attention, and care as if we were buying a high-end home. She was always quick to respond to emails and questions, and more importantly, she (and Sarah) are just kind, genuine human beings.

We truly got everything we wanted, and I can’t recommend Kerri and Sarah enough. They’re professional, patient, and so easy to work with — the kind of people you’re just lucky to have on your side.

Say you're buying a house in Montrose, and you need to get it done in less than a month, and you're doing so from halfway across the country, having never visited Montrose, and you're kind of a pain in the ways you're particular about what you're particular about. Kerri and crew to the rescue! They really outdid themselves for me, from doing virtual showings, to driving by prospective residences at night to get a sense of the neighborhood, to orchestrating repairs before I made it over here, and researching the associated costs. Also, they couldn't be nicer. I think my new home is a great fit--which, in a way, is too bad, because I'll probably stay put for awhile, which means I won't get to work with them. So very highly recommended!

We purchased an investment house through Kerri and her team member Sarah in 2019. The two of them did such a great job communicating and representing us that we chose them to sell the house in 2022.
