Kerri Monahan
Born and raised in Omaha, I have a deep love for this community and the people who call it home. Real estate, to me, isn’t just about buying or selling property, it’s about the chapter of life you’re stepping into next.
Every move represents something bigger: a growing family, a fresh start, downsizing after years of memories, or investing in your future. I take the time to truly understand what this transition means for you so I can guide you with clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and someone in your corner every step of the way.
My clients appreciate that I am steady, attentive, and detail-oriented. I believe in pricing homes strategically, positioning them thoughtfully in the market, and negotiating carefully to protect your best interests. Whether you’re buying or selling, my priority is helping you make confident decisions — never feeling rushed or pressured.
Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 25 years in orthodontics, building long-term relationships with families throughout Omaha. That experience shaped how I work today: with patience, precision, and a deep respect for trust. Real estate is personal, and I treat it that way.
As one of seven children raised here in Omaha, I learned early the value of loyalty, commitment, and showing up for others. I’m a proud mom of three adult children and grandmother to three grandbabies who I absolutely adore. Relationships have always been at the center of my life and they remain at the center of my business.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me in my garden, tackling a home project, or diving into interior design. I truly believe homes should feel beautiful, functional, and uniquely yours.
If you’re considering your next move, I would be honored to help you navigate it with clarity, confidence, and care.
