My husband, Michael owns a well-known local construction company, Maves Construction. We love being involved in the community we call "home" we have raised three kids in this community with two more left! We literally eat, sleep and breathe real estate and wouldn’t have it any other way. What we do is more than a job, it’s our passion. Growing up in Grand Junction and graduating from Fruita Monument High School has established my broad database as well as my local area knowledge. As many "locals" do, I moved to the front range in 2001 where I obtained my real estate license in 2003 and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage where I specialized in residential resale. In 2005 I joined the residential sales team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Denver, CO as Marketing and Sales Manager where I oversaw the sales and marketing efforts on the new $350M 45 story high-rise from groundbreaking through completion. Following the completion of  Four Seasons in 2010 I moved back "home" to Western Colorado. Shortly thereafter in October 2011 I married Michael Maves of Maves Construction who is a general contractor specializing in beautiful custom homes and commercial buildings. With my background in real estate sales and knowledge of the Grand Valley I am confident in being able to help you find your dream home. In June 2013 we begin a new journey as The Maves Group. Our experience and industry expertise speaks for itself. Marketing is my passion. One thing I love is the challenge of coming up with innovative ways to market my clients homes. It truly results in a faster sale for a higher price. We are excited to be part of the NextHome family (aka Nexthomie) as of 2022!
