Prior to meeting Kelly, our friend spoke so highly of her that we were actually worried our experience would be the opposite -like, when someone recommends a restaurant and you go there and the food is terrible- that's what we were thinking. However, as soon as we met Kelly, we realized that our friend didn't do her justice! She was very informative, explained everything clearly, walked us through each step and was personable the entire time. At times it seemed that she went out of her way to accommodate us or be somewhere for us when we couldn't, but that's just how she is. She isn't a realtor that will do anything for her clients and makes sure you know she does; she's a realtor that does what she would want a realtor to do if she were buying or selling a home. She seemed more like a friend that does real estate than a friendly real estate agent. The realtor for the buyers of our home was difficult and at times unethical but Kelly worked with us, kept us calm, and navigated everything. Don't let the dresses and sandals fool you! When she has to, she puts on her armor and will battle anyone. We ended up getting a great deal selling our home and none of the unethical or shady tactics the other realtor tried worked. Not only will we always recommend her(we already have to a friend of ours,) but we will always have a friend in her. She builds friendships, not customer relationships.
