Worked with Katie Williams for about 3 years. We live in Alabama and looked for a home in Michigan with her help. She COULD NOT have done a better job of meeting our needs. My husband and I have been searching for a home for almost a year and a half and have been through a couple realtors without any success. With being VA buyers we were told multiple times it would be difficult to find home in the area we wanted and we were open to multiple areas. We walked in on an open house and Katie and her colleague Sara were showing and even though we didn't care for the home we knew we had to pick these ladies for a shot at finding our forever home. I called her that same day and she and Katie met me and my husband a couple days after and she hit the ground running. She was readily available and even though there were some homes we may have liked in pictures but didn't like in person we were never faulted on it. She never made us feel rushed into buying a home and wanted to make sure we were confident in putting in an offer. She was always sending us homes to look at which is different in what we had been dealing with our previous realtor. Once we found our forever home she knew what she needed to do to get us this house. She was very thorough and informative throughout the whole process. From the time we met with Katie to us closing on our forever home it was within 60 days. Even after the sale of our home she was still in contact with us and didn't cut contact off because "she got the sale" I wish we had met her sooner but within that short time span I am so lucky and so grateful to call her not only a friend but family. She has made our dreams come true. I am forever indebted at her. We had the best experience from beginning to end and if I had to do it all over again I would choose her a million times over.
