I’m a full-time real estate professional proudly serving Thurston County and the surrounding areas — and I absolutely love what I do! Real estate isn’t just my career, it’s my passion. On top of that, I’m a proud mom of four amazing kids (ages 27, 27, 17, and 16) — so as you can imagine, there’s never a dull moment in our household!
I’m also the broker and one of the three proud owners of our office, NextHome Northwest Group. It’s a joy to work alongside such a dedicated and talented team.
When I’m not helping clients buy or sell homes, you’ll find me soaking up the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. My family and I love spending time outdoors — whether it’s out on the water, hiking, walking, playing baseball or golf, or hanging with our two lovable Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Bronson and Oakley.

We had one of those sales that everything that could go wrong did go wrong (Lender issues), but sincerely Katie was the glue that held it all together with her calming reassurance, depth of knowledge, and willingness to fight for us when necessary. She
set up weekly meetings to keep up us to date and answer our questions and concerns. She also maintained communication with all the moving parts that come with a sale. I would recommend her hands down to anyone who asked for a realtor.
