Kate was great! She was on my schedule and didn’t rush me into home buying. Very informative and wanted to show me listings in my parameters and slightly out.
If I could give Kate more stars, I would! She is very professional, attentive and organized. She listens to you and goes above and beyond to make sure she finds what you need. Kate does not give up in her search and her help in making the selling process
as easy and pain free as possible. If you want someone who treats you like a person and not a paycheck, then Kate Carey is your person!! I wish there were more real estate agents like Kate. She is the absolute best!!
Kate has done it again. My wife found a nice little remote camp that we were interested in looking at. We didn't know if we would be able to drive in, hike in, or even snowshoe in. Kate was in for the adventure.
When we finally thought the snow was gone enough to take a look Kate went the extra mile(s) in finding the camp. It was exactly what we were looking for.

I wouldn't want to go through the home buying experience with anyone other than Kate! No other agent I've come across in the past few years instilled the same confidence that she does throughout the home- buying process. She was always attentive to our
requests and never kept us out of the loop when there was new information. If we had a question or a concern, we could rest easy knowing she was on it. My only regret is that I didn't hear about her sooner!

Working with Kate was an extremely pleasant experience. She was easy to communicate with and fast with her responses, whenever we had questions she would find the answers for us in a timely fashion never leaving you to feel like she forgot about you!
I would recommend Kate Carey 100 times over! Too many times you will find real estate agents who just want to make a sale and do not take the time to get to know their clients and/or take the time to find their clients a place that will truly be a home.

Kate did a great job for us. She was very informed and knowledgeable when it came time to set the listing price. She kept us well informed throughout the process and was very accommodating to meet our busy schedule. From listing our property to the closing
was only six weeks and we had multiple offers on the property. We would highly recommend Kate!!
