When I contacted her about my situation, she rearranged her weekend to line up about a dozen homes to look at on a Sunday...2 days after I contacted her. After looking at the second home, she nailed what I was looking for and shortened the list. By the end of that first day, I had made an offer on what is now my new home! While the process was ongoing, she went out of her way to help me with everything, including asdisting me with getting my bridge loan in order.
