Tonya did a phenomenal job in the process of selling our home and buying another one. It took a few months for our house to sell and she was diligent by having multiple open houses and lots of media attention.

I really did not know who to call to help us sell our house, but my online search led me to Tonya, and that turned out to be a perfect match. She was at my house the day I called her and we outlined a plan for how to get this done. Tonya was insightful as we planned the preparations we needed to do before going on the market. Because of the market we are currently in, we had requests for showings immediately and multiple offers within 1 day, and then her knowledge and experience became critical. It's not just a matter of picking the highest money offer, but also assessing the type of loan and the other contingencies involved, and Tonya's expertise was critical. From accepting an offer to the closing there are even more contingencies that she guided us through. Our outcome was definitely better because Tonya was our realtor and she was by our side from the first phone call until the paperwork was done.

Tonya is an excellent representative for anyone. I was selling my house from out of state and having contractors work on it. There was some issues with the contractors but she was awesome at making them keep their word and keeping in contact. She was awesome at letting me know what I needed to do on my part for electronic signatures and mailing notarized documents. I would highly recommend her to anyone. If I ever move back I know she will be the one I reach out to to represent me.

Awesome transaction! Smooth interaction with all parties! Multiple offers and I didn't get it at first, but Tonya stayed on top of it and was proactive in reaching out to the listing agent in case the other buyer's contract fell through for whatever reason. She let them know we were still interested if it became available again. It worked! Now we are loving the new place!
