A native Kansan, born and raised in Johnson County, I have a great love for the entire Kansas City metropolitan area. After attending the University of Missouri- Kansas City I began my Career in the Real Estate world. I spent over 20 years in Multi-Family development and Asset Management. As driven leader I won numerous rewards, such as, Apartment Association of Kansas City’s Manager of the Year Award. I entered Residential/ Commercial Real Estate in 2014.

Holy Cow! Suzanne is awesome. Professional, urgent, thorough, no stone unturned, connected in the market, the best showing package, and the list goes on and on. She personally helped us prep our house for photos. She came in an applied her magic interior
decorating touches. She worked with our busy life and made everything perfect. We prelisted on Wednesday on 8/28. She posted just enough photos to get everyone's attention and wrote a magnificent, warm and inviting description of our home. We went live on
9/3, had over a dozen showing in 2 days and were under contract by 11:00 on Friday 9/6 with an above asking price!

Suzanne was great to work with. I received her contact info from an old high school friend and couldn't be happier. We reached out shortly after receiving a contract on our house in VA and she was able to put together a list of 24 houses that met our criteria
