After 23 years in real estate, I still love my job! I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients from corporate executives to young first time home buyers. With a strong referral base I was able to open McDougall Real Estate Group in 2006. I believe my clients deserve to be treated with respect, dedication and commitment. My goal is to have my clients succeed in real estate – it may take a few days, it may take years – whatever it takes, I am there from start to finish.

My clients deserve hands-on, personal service and it is my pleasure to provide it. Bank-owned properties, short sales, probate sales and good old fashioned traditional sales all require a different approach and I have the experience needed. I have been fortunate to have worked in every aspect of real estate from multi-million dollar home sales to start-up investment properties. From owning investment properties of my own to building custom homes, I have done it all. I feel fortunate to have lived here for over 33 years. While raising my 2 children here (now grown), I became committed to community involvement (PTA president, soccer mom, charitable boards member and CASA volunteer). Through this involvement, I gained firsthand knowledge of our schools, our community and what makes our city so special. I look forward to the opportunity to meet new clients, and in turn, build lifelong relationships.
